Jesus and his deity

It was said in the Holy Bible : Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

Slave of our narcissism, we do not see the GIFT from God. Many will perish for not opening their heart and soul to the Son of God, our Savior, Jesus Christ and repent.

I pity the men who claim they are without sin in their heart and refuse to bow down in front of the Son of Man and repent, for they will be thrown in the lake of fire at the end of their life.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

How to pick a great guitar teacher

You do not want to spend your money on a guitar teacher that will not teach you anything. Many students who had previous teachers confessed to me they learned more in three weeks with me than in one year with another teacher. Time is money. A teacher’s role is too teach and for you to learn and progress in the art of playing music. This is for the parents as well as the students. So let’s look at a few things that may play a role in your decision

Look at his resume. Does he have schooling? Whether it was private or in public school does not really matter as long as he was thought the art of guitar playing. Did he play with a Jazz band, a metal garage band a 5 piece R &B cover band? This might influence what he will teach you..

Let’s look at the structure of the course. Does he have a theory and exercise book he will have his students follow? Does he write his own exercises and studies for his student according to their own level and learning capabilities? Does he have anything at all? When you fail to plan you plan to fail, they say.

How long is one single class? If it is less than 1 hour I have serious doubts he will be able to teach you anything constructive. The art of music has a science related to it and it takes the investment from the teacher for his students to learn how to read, write, learn the scales and different positions,. learn chords, different rhythms, different styles and picking mode.
If it is possible go for a teacher who can offer a band experience (from rock band to orchestra) as well as personal coaching. Learning to play with other musicians is also a crucial element in the development of a musician.

How to keep your job anytime

Focus on the Job. Do not get distracted by your cell phone, your Game Boy, internet sites, problems from outside the office (financial or emotional, medical), etc You are paid to get the job done, anyway that is how your management sees it. Companies are in a micro managing mode right now and they will get you if you do not put 100% of your time on what they assign you to do.
Be a YES MAN or WOMAN. Available for new projects, new challenges, new rules, new roles. I know this one is not a favorite. Take it as a game. Because in the end it is a game. If a company is acting in a way that is in conflict with your deepest beliefs, please seek another job. By being a YES MAN you become a big card for your company.
Do not get into conflicts, with peers or supervisors. Think about it! Do not mix what is impersonal with what is personal. You are at work, it is a social and impersonal place, not a meeting place. Be cordial and courteous, but do not be overbearing and too needy. If you feel someone has a personal Vendetta against you for no reason here’s what to do: avoid that person, take notes down of any inappropriate behaviors and go talk to your human resources department. The best way to avoid conflict are eternally the same : do not talk about religion, politics, philosophy, personal beliefs, personal experiences that relate to offensive subjects or taboos.
Perform at your best and take criticism with all the respect possible. Bring a pen and paper and take notes of comments made on your performances. These notes will also be a reference point if something inaccurate is reported against you.
Be courteous and cordial as I stated before. Ask how people are doing? Smile, be attentive and listen to what others have to say without emitting a strong opinion, just be encouraging and constructive. Do this with peers and supervisors. Do not get into inappropriate conversations or use bad language. If there is a party, do not drink much and do not flirt, please!!

GUILTY!!

Guilt : the fact of having committed a breach of conduct especially violating law and involving a penalty or feelings of culpability especially for imagined offenses or from a sense of inadequacy. (Merriam-Webster)

Whoever lives, is guilty. What to do in an ever growing atheist or/and agnostic world but to deny it, hide it, harden the heart until it is like cement; create a set of principles to help make believable rationalizations for the dark deeds done. This leads simply to self destruction.

The empty shell of our being filled with our wrongful acts, sinful fantasies, infested with guilt, which like a seed is growing slowly, like a cancer taking over all of what you are.Meanwhile the self, the ego is putting in place every possible mechanisms to give the illusion of a respectful image, but it can be broken like porcelain. You grow unable to love, feel or sense another being because of the filthy putrid prison built in you by guilt. Caught in between desires, obsessions, compulsions, narcissism and sociopathic behaviors.

No one outgrows their guilt alone. It will stick to you like a parasite.

John 10:11, 15:13, "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep... Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

Luke 15:10, "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."

Tell your sins to all. Repent to the one who created you, was always beside you, waiting for you to take his hand. He will forgive you and wash these sins away. No one else will cleanse you but Jesus through his blood. You will be able to respect yourself and love other people and stop the nightmares.

Psalms 103:2-4, "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies;"
